Why brands work with us

We are a small factory by choice: short lines of communication, one engineer owning your project from sculpt to shipment.

01

Your artwork becomes our brief

We quote from a reference image or a spec sheet, then confirm material, size, paint count and packaging before anything is cut.

02

In-house sculpt and tooling

5–10 R&D staff turn 2D art into a 3D file, print or hand-sculpt a prototype, and build the mold in our own tooling shop.

03

Two approval gates

A pre-production sample before tooling is finalised, then a mass-production sample before the run starts.

04

Export-ready paperwork

FOB Yantian, CIF or DDP. Documentation, carton marking and consolidation for multi-SKU orders.

Where our products ship

100% export. Roughly 70% of what we make goes to the Americas.

Audited and certified

Our plastic toys are produced under Disney and BSCI certification. Documentation is available on request for your compliance team before the first purchase order.

  • Disney certification — plastic toys
  • BSCI social compliance audit
  • OEM / ODM service offered
  • Two sample approvals before mass production

How a project runs

Eight stages, two hard approval gates. Nothing goes into mass production until you have signed off a physical sample.

01

Brief & quote

Send artwork, reference photos, target size, quantity and retail price point. We reply with material advice and a quote — usually within three hours.

02

2D to 3D

Our sculptors build a 3D model. You review turnarounds and detail before anything physical exists.

03

Prototype

A hand sample or 3D print so you can hold the proportions and check the paint plan.

Sample approval
04

Tooling & mass production

Mold cut, first shots checked, then the run — with a mass-production sample approved before the full quantity.
